Solution #1: Drain Tiles on the Side

Our best, most effective solution for basement waterproofing is to install drain tiles along the side of the footer. If you have a lot of water seepage in your basement, we'll dig a deep trench. We'll inspect the perimeter and confirm that there are no water pipes or utility lines where we want to cut the concrete.

Once we've made sure the area is clear, we'll dig a trench that's 12-16 inches wide along the side of the basement wall's footer. Perforated piping will be installed in the trenches, and the pipe will be covered in gravel.

We'll test the system to make sure that it's draining properly, and then we'll fill in the trench. We'll pour new concrete to replace any that was removed, give it time to set, and haul away any debris.
